MARTIAL ARTS: 1st Kyu in Shotokan karate. Attended a few weapons seminars including bo (long staff) and nunchakas. Also trained in some Capoeira clubs.

TRAMPOLINING: Elementary Gold Award. Trampolining since '98.

SCUBA: Qualified dive leader with the British Sub Aqua Club. Scuba diving since '97. Currently training towards Advanced Diver Award (June '01).

GYMNASTICS: Stunt Register's Gymnastics Award. Currently train three times a week.

FENCING: Fencing since '98. Attained Grade 6 in Foil & Sabre with fighting experience in Epee.

HIGH BOARD DIVING: Training towards the Stunt Register exam (June '01).

SWIMMING: ASA Water Skills Award Grade 6.

JUGGLING: Can juggle with 4 balls, 3 clubs & 3 fire clubs.

COMMERCIALS: BMW Mini (walk-on as zombie).

FILM: 'Boston Kickout' - a punter inside betting shop whilst it was being robbed ('95).

SHOWS: Terry Coles Circus Martial Art Show - Helping to set up & choreograph parts of the show.

COSTUME WORK: Kellogs Tony the Tiger - performing as Tony Tiger at various promotional venues.
