Tamzen is a trained Dancer, Acrobat,, and Aerialist. Her skills include: Contemporary, Ballet and Break dance, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Hand Balance, and Circus Skills: Aerial: Cord de Lisse, Silks, Hoop and Chain.

Tamzen is a qualified senior club coach in girls artistic gymnastics. She has taught and choreographed projects for London Contemporary Dance School.
