ATHLETICS: Started Hammer Throwing in '92 and currently holds the Ilford Athletic Club record. Represented Essex in the Hammer. Started training in athletics (sprinting, triple jumping & high hurdles) at University until constant sprint-related injuries forced him to re-think.
Currently competing for Victoria Park and Tower Hamlets AC in the BAL National League 4
